in memory marks me P1300 phonic wheel learning to execute(ATT)

Acceleration with engine temperature and nothing, tried replacing the throttle assembly and nothing.Someone before me has already replaced the control unit, coils, spark plugs and nothing.

the car is at 1700 rpm when cold, and it takes a long time to drop, and even when hot it is at 950/1000 rpm
