after desperate attempts to activate the Security Pass ( pw and user for payment to FCA ), I am at point 6- Unblocking procedure, I have been trying for hours to unblock the 'Certificate request' but cannot !!!!!  FCA Server Error, FCA Certificate Null is what I come up with at the end

I bought the token yesterday afternoon at 4.40 p.m., did it expire!

I'm talking about a service reset for Jeep Renegade.

Ever since I bought the Security Pass I have been asking for demonstration help at the workshop but unfortunately this has not happened.
