How to find my discussions in 2 clicks
Hello, everyone,
this very simple guide, dedicated to those who access the Tech Blog from a PC, allows you to find in 2 clicks all the discussions you have created in the Marelli Blog, so that you can post the solution to the defect you have requested support for.
For many it will be trivial, but perhaps it may not be for those who do not always use the Tech Blog.
Once you have logged in with your credentials on https://www.checkstar-techblog.it/articoli/, simply enter your 'User Profile' by clicking on the little man icon to the left of the screen:
Consequently, from the page that opens when you click on 'My Posts', all the threads you have created in the Tech Blog will appear:
The threads 'bordered' in green will be the SOLVED ones, those in yellow should be reviewed to see if you have included within them the resolution to the fault for which you were seeking support.
I think it is very important to always write down how a defect turns out, so that we can give a concrete end to the requests and all together create a community of professionals who help each other when needed.
