dacia sandero stepway - air conditioning not working
Good evening I'm writing this post because I no longer know how to solve an air conditioning problem on a dacia sandero stepway, the car showed up at the workshop with the air conditioning not working as first we thought it was drained and we proceeded to recharge the system, but the compressor was not working, seeing that the problem persisted, we tried to see if current was reaching the compressor and there was current, so we proceeded to replace the compressor, but once it was charged, the compressor did not start (I'll make a small premise: when you activate the control in the passenger compartment, the radiator cooling fan starts and the LED in the passenger compartment works, so the control from the console starts).
After several continuity tests of the system with the diagram always in full view to see what it looked like and where the various signals were coming from, we come to the conclusion that all the cables that reach the control relays and the compressor are good, all the ground connections are good, the pressure switch has been replaced as a precaution but the problem persists, the only strange thing that happens is that I have disconnected the group of ground connections that reach the gearbox and when I keep it disconnected the compressor works but the engine cooling fan stops working because the system ground has been removed, I don't know if I've been very clear, I'm asking if anyone has had something similar happen to them because at the dealership they didn't know/wouldn't tell me much and other people have never had this happen, I also thought it could be the engine control unit as there are cables running from the relays to the control unit comb, I'm asking for help in solving the problem thank you
