I have a problem with a 2013 fiat panda natural power,

chassis ZFA31200003101373 875CC 62.5 KW engine type 312A2000

The engine fault light comes on while driving, the car switches to petrol automatically and sometimes goes out.

In diagnosis I found 2 errors:

110638 motorised throttle valve-short to ground

711061 solenoid valve signal uniar cylinder 1 - actuator blocked.

Can you give me a translation of the error code or where to start checking.
