quantities for periodic replacement - Information to the Network

We inform you that for the production of the new Euro6D diesel engines, new

software calibrations of the engine control unit.

Specific calibrations for rear-wheel drive (RWD) versions were

optimised to work with less engine oil.

After a targeted series of tests, Alfa Romeo decided to unify the maximum engine oil quantities

for all Diesel Euro 6 engines fitted to Alfa Romeo Giulia RWD as shown in Table 1.

This translates into benefits both for customers (lower cost of oil changes) and for the

workshops (simplification of activities).
