Scheduled maintenance reporting (service)
When the scheduled maintenance (so-called servicing) is nearing its expiry date, the message Service and the Wrench icon followed by the number of kilometres (or miles) remaining until the vehicle is serviced is automatically displayed at Key-ON (after the initial check procedure).
The display information can also be shown on the display at the user's request by selecting the appropriate item from the Set-Up menu, regardless of the due dates the missing kilometres (or miles) are shown on the display.
In this case the spanner cone does not appear.
The Scheduled Maintenance Plan provides for six coupons, structured in such a way that each one takes place within 30000 km (or 18000 mi) of the previous one.
Reset At each scheduled deadline, the Technical Assistance personnel must: - reset the km (or miles) counter to the starting values, via the diagnostic tool; - store the fact that the scheduled maintenance (servicing) has been carried out; a record must therefore be kept of the last servicing carried out, by indicating: date of servicing / number of servicing carried out / total km travelled. These stored data remain even if the vehicle battery is disconnected. |
Instrument panel replacement When replacing the switchboard, the service personnel must - restore the km/mi travelled in the total odometer; - read the number of performed coupons and rewrite them in the new dashboard: - read the counter of the km/mi missing at the next scheduled maintenance due date and re-write them in the new dashboard. - read the date of the last service carried out and rewrite it in the new dashboard. |
PROXI alignment must always be carried out when replacing the switchgear. If the alignment is not performed, the odometer flashes and the ignition does not work. |

Visualisation once the 6 coupons have been used up.
Once all 6 coupons have been used up, no message is displayed automatically and the relevant set-up menu item can no longer be selected on demand (it is no longer activated).
