Today I am describing and representing the case of an Audi A4 car from May 2017

Engine Code: DESA  Alim: Diesel      CC: 1968 kw:140

Problem

the engine is noisy and has 3-cylinder operation occasionally .

For this reason, the diesel injector of the fourth cylinder was changed at the workshop.

After replacing the injector, an error code appeared in the engine management ecu

error 0013b5 cylinder 4 injector volume deviation

the error code is not deleted and is always active in the engine ecu memory.

Solution

We performed the injector code adaptation in the engine ecu

with the rewriting of the code .

The engine control unit recorded the flow and calibration values of the new injector in this way.

The error was correctly deleted
