the customer calls me because according to him the probe is defective

I diagnose and in fact the error codes, even if they are saved and I delete them by going for a ride, recur

I check the electrical system and I see that from the yellow wire that comes from the system and goes to the lambda probe and connects with the black wire, two wires come out that go to the gas control unit I remove the insulating tape and reconnect the wires as they were initially, excluding the LPG control unit the car runs well the idle speed stabilises after several km the error codes no longer appear and when I do an analysis of the exhaust gases they give me a value of 0.25.

probably either the LPG control unit is defective or the wires are incorrectly connected
