Solved cases - Care Info
Ever since MM After market set up its technical help desk, and that was back in 1998, all successive operators have had as one of their tasks to write, for resolved cases, documents called 'Service Info', to be made available to all Checkstar Network Workshops.
Thanks to Tech Blog, these important documents can now be shared between Professionals, thus increasing the already important archive of SOLVED CASES; in Tech Blog, there are now about 130 assisting Info's, one 'of which' of the more than 1000 in the RESERVED AREA/ Checkstar Callcenter, an area where they are then definitively archived.
An example of interaction between Professionals, I publish below; a case solved thanks to the Mr Cerra Pasquale (of the workshop of the same name) who, through his indications, together with those of the MM technicians, contributed to the solution of the case submitted by the workshop CAR REPAIR.
With this in mind, we believe that such an important and modern tool as the Tech Blog can really be useful to the entire Checkstar Network and that, as is often said, unity is our strength... Thank you for your cooperation.
