the car goes into the workshop for an overhaul of the starter motor because it was absorbing in the starter overhauled everything and reassembled the car runs but does not start

the first strange thing gave me a message on the Km counter defective electronic anti-theft device diagnosing it I cannot get into the engine control unit and abs while in the body it gives me error active can line engine control unit no communication

then the car went into economy mode when I put the key in position 2 the display shows zero km and immediately after two dashes I checked the CCM/ABS ABS/BSI can line all OK checked the key if it is transmitting all OK procured another ABS engine control unit unscoded engine control unit fuses in the engine compartment all power supplies and ground additional ground on the engine control unit BUT THE PROBLEM STILL RESISTS
