New in sight for F-GAS regulations: the new decree 517/2014 that replaces (in part) 842/2006 obliges the company that markets the refrigerant to be registered with the relevant person in possession of a certificate. In addition, during the sale phase, a document must be requested to prove that the purchasing company meets the requirements of a company/person registered in the F-GAS register.
