I report this fault on Panda year 2007 1.2 petrol with engine control unit IAW4AFHW407 ERROR CODE P0351

The car enters for a noncontinuous defect, only at low speeds and only on release did the car sometimes exhibit an irregular pattern.

With the error code found without any particular hesitation, we replace coil number 1, but we find on a road test that the car re-presented the error. We carry out a check on the spark plugs and ignition cables and also replace coil number 2 but find no improvement, the fault persists.

This defect was quite common on Pandas with the small engine control unit located next to the throttle body IAW5AFSK and having the unit repaired solved it, this is the first time it happened to me on a new unit.

After a few phone calls I found out that there is a Fiat note for this very problem in which it recommends updating the engine control unit... problem solved
