FIAT Panda 1.3 MultiJet 16V 4×4 of 2024 - IN COLD WEATHER BEATS AND SMOKES VERY MUCH
Good morning, everyone!
I have this Panda Mtj that beats, turns badly hiccupping, smokes grey/white a lot when the engine is cold and makes a real cloud of smoke. On the road it gets better when the engine is up to temperature and the car hardly smokes any more.
The car was bought used and presented this problem. It currently has 85000km. ( in engine ecu 135000 ).
Checks carried out:
Electronic EGR closure (I started it up without the throttle body to see if the EGR was mechanically leaking. all OK
Injector check at the pump shop (with new coding and on the dyno no abnormalities) under acceleration the correction is zero mmg on all 4.
Mechanical timing check OK
Check Fap parameters: Number of regenerations, Fap temperature, 40% clogging. Diff Pressure 0.1 mmb at idle and 53mmb at full load, Exhaust Gas temperature at idle 30/80 degrees and 380 after short pull in 3rd gear
Oxygen measured by Lambda at 800 rpm .4 Oxygen at 3000 rpm % 2.8
Correct air and water temperature
correct barometric pressure
Do you have any tips for diagnosis?
