Good morning

we had problems with a Ford Fusion 1.4 tdi engine code F6JB, with inadequate engine performance,black smoke at the exhausto, the following dtc were diagnosed in the diagnosis:

1)p1412:exhaust-gas recirculation-valve blocked

2)p0404:exhaust gas recirculation system

• even though the valve had been changed,the problem persisted,the problem was eventually solved.
• The cause was an incorrect software calibration of the engine ecu that caused the egr valve to jam.
• In this case, an update at the manufacturer was necessary.
