FORD Mondeo Turnier 1.6 of 2014 - Gearbox failure
the car starts but remains in first gear (powershift)
after switching off and on again almost always resumes regularly on the first attempt
sometimes it is necessary to engage reverse gear first
I need to know if it is an external component that I can replace or does it need to be disassembled for the gearbox maker to replace it
