FORD Transit Custom 2.0 TDCi of 2019 - MILD-Hybrid EcoBlue charging problem
Good morning!
The vehicle reported 'Charging system failure' and in fact I have no charging voltage, the alternator was not charging.
The customer wanted to change it (taxi driver) crossing his fingers but it did not go well.
I have an error on the high voltage control unit P0DE7-00 'Battery (high voltage): cell voltage too high'.
On the others nothing much apart from low voltage errors resulting from the tests we are doing with the 12 batteries running out.
Actually on the 48v I only get 12, when half off nothing comes out of the 48, when half on a 6v comes out, it looks like a return from somewhere (actually it's what I find on the alternator)..
Are there any control relays I can check? The fuses seem to be OK..
A comprehensive diagram of the system and how it works would help..
Thank you!
