Good morning, this car year 2014 number plate EX603HL does not lock the tailgate when closing the car with the remote control. In fact with the car locked, the tailgate can be opened. If I start and close the car with the lock command on the driver's keypad, however, it locks. No faults are found with the diagnosis. Checked the fuses and various menu configurations without success. The diagram I have concerns the tailgate with the electrical movement, but this is not my case. Kindly have any suggestions?
