Important New: online requests on Techblog
Good morning,
we are pleased to inform you that the possibility of making a "Online request" (1 in the picture) to colleagues at the technical help desk directly from Techblog; the form can be filled in as for the reserved area by entering the licence plate.
The function is in addition to:
- Opening post (2) shared with the Marelli network and staff;
- Search function (3) for all information passed through Techblog: solved cases, technical pills, care info, events;
- Solved cases (4) online;
- Technical Chat (5);
- Documentation requests and Care Info;
- Download area (6) for documents/software;
- Video tutorials (7).
We therefore suggest that you save the Techblog link as a favourite, if you have not already done so, and test how quickly this channel can increase professionalism and respond to your daily needs on any information front, in a dynamic manner.
Below I show you how to open an online application in 3 easy steps:
Step 1: log in to Techblog and click on the 'Online Enquiries' button
Step 2: Enter the licence plate of the vehicle concerned and click 'Search'.
Step 3: enter the details of your request in the description and click 'Send'.
We would like to remind you that access is simply by entering the login, either as user name or password.
