Response delay for requests from Techblog

Good morning, everyone,
Over the last few days we have been experiencing a delay in receiving online requests that you submit to us via Techblog. In most cases the time gap between your submission and our receipt is a few hours, but in some rare cases it is up to 24 hours.
Obviously, since we receive requests late, our response cannot be as timely as usual.
The anomaly is temporary and we are already working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
All requests already submitted will still be processed, thus providing you with a reply, so please do not send the same request several times.
In the case of more urgent requests, if you have not yet received a response, we suggest that you contact us via technical chat here on the blog and, pointing out that you had already sent an unsuccessful online request, make your request. Alternatively, you can always contact us by phone at 800-916111.
