The Magneti Marelli Checkstar Network ranked high in Panorama's ranking as the brand offering the best customer service.
Panorama magazine conducted a survey with more than 18,000 people, who were asked to indicate among more than 2,000 brands which companies in Italy treat consumers best.
Customer care has always been a fundamental requirement in any business, but the Magneti Marelli Checkstar Network has distinguished itself by the quality of its customer relations and not only by the care of its cars.
Italians, therefore, prefer to rely on historical names that have been in the market for several generations and that over time have earned the sceptre of champions in customer service.
The motto for consumers seems to be: better safe than sorry.
With more than 500 brands in the rankings, the result placed Magneti Marelli Checkstar in third place, but the overall leader in its category with the first two brands being tyre companies (Euromaster and Michelin).
The survey involved different sectors from clothing to petrol stations to car workshops and each respondent rated the service on four criteria: how available the service is, customer orientation, professional competence and willingness to recommend the service to friends and relatives.
