Meeting at the FARAM-Voghera (Pv) remanufacturer
On 28 April, thanks to the involvement of Luigi Rossi, FARAM's sales manager, we organised a meeting at their premises in which we went into detail on the exclusive opportunity that Magneti Marelli makes available to the MM Checkstar Network through the Tech Blog.
In the presence of some twenty workshops assigned to FARAM, we illustrated the many possibilities of interaction that the application allows, such as the possibility of entering the reserved 'Checkstar callcenter' area, through which one can access the service information on the cases that have been resolved; but above all the possibility of sharing with the entire Checkstar network problems that are difficult to solve, that perhaps other interlocutors have already resolved or that, thanks to a (very) extended team, can find a solution and become the heritage of all: a virtual square of 'chosen' technicians.
During the meeting, we shared that Tech Blog, while not the first in its field, is certainly unique in terms of content and organisation of information, the result of more than a decade of experience in supporting customers and therefore in continuously adapting in terms of technological tools.
At the end of the meeting, we were able to see an excellent response from those present, who once again agreed that in the multi-brand world, sharing can only make the difference, and that this can be a powerful tool, which can be used with any medium: PC, tablet or smartphone, and is therefore adapted to the needs of a modern workshop.
