New technical information area Checkstar Call centre
We have the pleasure to inform you that a new technical support called 'Checkstar Call centre' is available in the Checkstar workshop area.
Below is a communication sent to all Checkstar workshops with details:
We are pleased to inform you that, in order to improve our technical support, a new technical information area called: 'Checkstar Call centre' has been activated.
In this area, you can find together: the 'Care Info', which is the result of our day-to-day troubleshooting experiences, and the translation of the EOBD codes, so that you have an initial restorative diagnostic support online.
You will also be able, via an online form, to interact with the Technical Helpdesk operators for in-depth questions that do not require telephone contact.
In structuring the 'Checkstar Call Centre' area, we wanted to make it easier for you to quickly find the information made available, so you can:
- Searching for Care Info with free text (Google search engine logic)
- Finding the latest published care information highlighted
- Facilitated filling out of the online form: when the chassis number is entered, the form will be filled in with all the vehicle data
To access the 'Checkstar Call Centre' area, simply log in to the Professionals area of our website www.magnetimarelli-checkstar.itwith the usual credentials: your login for both account and password. Then, by clicking on the appropriate button, you enter directly into the "Checkstar Call Centre" area.
