Iveco Daily - fault code decoding request

Hello, everyone,

codes detected on Iveco Daily 35-150 engine type: F1CFL411JC, Vin: ZCFC635A105008165 registered on 11/02/2016, regeneration light on tried cancellation also with manual mode as provided by iveco but a few seconds later the light reappears with the attached error codes.

Tried regeneration also with Flex but after a few seconds it stops and is unfinished.

Upstream pressure at catalytic converter 8 bar.

Can anyone translate these two codes?
