Today I received a request from Sifà this mail

We hereby inform you that SIFA' is offering its customers, for all vehicles in its fleet, a sanitisation service in compliance with current certified government regulations.
We would therefore like to know whether your facility is already organised to offer this service.
To provide the information click on the following linkhttp://www.fleet2rent.eu/FermoTecnico/richiestasanificazione_covid_1.asp?clie=1&key=12394 and will have the opportunity to communicate with us:

1. Whether it carries out sanitisation at its own facility and the cost of the service, if any
2. If you carry out the sanitisation at your facility, we would ask you to indicate whether you would also be able to carry it out at our customer's premises and if so, the cost of the service.

Once the answer(s) have been selected, click on 'save' to automatically forward the information.
Should you correct an incorrect entry, you can click on the link again to make the change and save the new information.

Now I have a few doubts: 1) Are we auto repairers allowed to do the sanitisation? (My chamber of commerce registration also includes hand-washing, which I have never done). 2) Is treatment with Azono OK? 3) Do we have to issue a certification? Then they ask the price at our facility and if we are willing to do it at the customer's premises and what price.

Before answering yes or no, I would like to understand better
