Car won't start after change of engine ecu IAW 9gf
good morning
today we are talking about a case solved on a Lancia Ypsilon car year 2014 with a 1200 cc 69 hp engine with ecu IAW 9gf
the problem reported by the workshop technician :
the old engine ecu was damaged and the car will not start. Bought a new engine ecu .
With the new, virgin and original Lancia control unit the car unfortunately does not start and the MIL engine light is flashing.
The MM diagnostic reports the following errors in the memory of the new engine ecu :
- P1300 LEARNING PHONIC WHEEL
- P080A-55 UNLEARNED CLUTCH POSITION
- P1110-54 FUEL INJECTION PROCEDURE TO BE PERFORMED - CALIBRATION MISSING
- P1111-54 MISSING RAIL BLEED - MISSING CALIBRATION
The solution proposed by MM Technician
The Magneti Marelli diagnostic tester must be used to perform all required configurations.
Once the required learning has been carried out, the car starts up.
Happy reading and best regards
Antonio
