Good morning colleagues

a 2006 toyota auris 14 d4d 66kw arrived at my workshop, the car sometimes shuts down when hot, immediately after the customer tries to restart it and it starts with some difficulty, in the diagnosis I can read the codes p1229 and p1272 both relating to the low diesel pressure and the diesel pressure regulator, This car has two of them, one on the pump and one on the rail, the one at fault would be the one on the rail, to be on the safe side I replaced both of them and replaced the diesel filter, when I reset the errors it seemed to be fine but after a day the problem reappeared, has anyone had a similar case? any suggestions? thank you Giorgio
