DIVO update mode

Since we have received a few reports from workshops, let us try to shed some light on how the new diagnostic tool can be updated.
First of all, the difference must be made between the desktop application and the tablet application, which, as we shall see, have slightly different connection modes.
DIVO for Desktop: it is recommended to perform instrument updates with a USB cable connection. This way the procedure will be faster and the connection more stable. Having said that, however, when updating, it is not enough to connect the cable between the VCI and PC, but the VCI must be connected to its base or to a car and then to the PC. The cable alone cannot provide the necessary power and the message "No DIVO connected" may appear during the procedure.
DIVO for Tablets: In this case there is less chance of confusion; simply connect to the Wifi network and download the update.
Then go to 'settings' (the button with the three dots at the top right) and you will find 'Update' to download and install the update if one is available and follow the on-screen procedure.
