VW Lupo 1.0 of 2004 - EGR valve potentiometer
This VW lupo came into the workshop with error 'P1444 exhaust gas recirculation potentiometer'. Replaced valve, in diagnosis made potentiometer adjustment and on parameter 4 gives error, but then says adjustment completed successfully.
The initial error has disappeared but now reads 'P1404 exhaust gas recirculation system adjustment not completed'.
